Providing radio frequency, baseband, system and complete software support to OEMs and system integrators, Broadcom's Bluetooth chips enable the wireless sharing of data among scores of electronic devices, from mobile phones and wireless stereo headsets to PDAs and automobiles.
Responsibilities include development and execution of system test and verification plans as well as automated system tests for Broadcom chips. The tests will verify functionality as well as interoperability of entire Bluetooth systems. The resultant automated tests will be used to regress each firmware version prior to release as well as any new versions of silicon that may be required
Responsibilities also include Bluetooth coexistence, Radio and Audio testing.
Job Requirements : -Typically requires a BS degree and 6 years of experience, an MS degree and 3 years of experience.
-Experience with wireless communication systems is required.
-3+ years experience with verification and testing is required.
-Some background in automated test development is required.
-Experience with embedded real time firmware is desired.
-Experience with Radio and Audio testing desired.
-Experience with Perl, and C desired.
