ASIC Design Engineer
As an IC Design Engineer with Broadcom you will be responsible for the design and/or verification and documentation for ASIC development. You will determine architecture design, logic design and system simulation, which includes defining module interfaces/formats for simulation. You will contribute to the development of multidimensional designs, involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. You will evaluate all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power use. You will conduct experimental tests, evaluate results and ensure compliance. In addition, you may have significant customer (internal or external) interaction and may review vendor capability to support development. We work in a team environment and it is important that you have the ability to interact well and communicate effectively with other members of the project team.
